STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT - HEALTH INFRASTRUCTURE
Buildings & Facilities asset information collection and data management
We were engaged to support all NSW Health Entities (HE) with approval of funds required for developing spaces and asset registers for buildings and facilities assets and biomedical equipment and upload information into AFM Online system to implement maintenance plans and improve asset performance and availability. We were involved with Asset Register Development (ARD) Program and we started meeting some early milestones such as contacting key stakeholders, finalizing funding support related documentation such as project plan and partnership initiative templates, risk management plan, communication plan, change plan and reporting on progress to projects control group and steering committee and established projects with HEs that were in advanced and matured phases. We also established project governance through an Expert Panel of Health Entities subject matter experts to potentially co-develop project related technical and tactical solutions.
